Dog Walking & Sitting Policies
In-Home Consultation - All new walking and in-home sitting clients must schedule a 30-minute in-home consultation with us prior to their pet's first visit with us. This visit allows us to familiarize ourselves with your pet(s), home, and routine. There is a fee associated with this consult.
Clients working on fear and aggression are subject to additional private trainer fees if your personal trainer determines their participation is needed for initial meet and greets. We reserve the right to deny services to any client that we feel is not safe or a good fit for our services.

Client Walking Commitment - Because both us humans and dogs thrive on routine, we require, at minimum, a twice per month visit from our dog walker so that everyone stays familiar with each other's needs, preferences, and happy-makers!
Key Drop Off/Pick Up - We ask that you have 2 copies of your house key ready at the time of the in-home consultation. After our first initial visit, we will keep your keys on file. After 12 months of inactivity, your keys will be destroyed. A $10 fee will be charged for a key pick-up separate from the in-home consultation.
