General Dog Behavior
How long will it take for me to have my dog behaving the way i want?
How long the process takes will depend on the severity of your dog's behavior issues, how long they have been practicing these behaviors and your ability to commit to both the management and training techniques recommended.
Time is a huge resource for everyone! If you do not have the time, we are happy to do day training for you while you are away while you focus on management at home.

This behavior just started out of no where! What happened?!
We always recommend a visit to your veterinarian to ensure that a medical problem is not contributing to your dog's behavior. Dogs speak a different language than us, so it is hard for us to miss if we don't know what to look for. Often the problem has been that your dog has been trying to tell you what is going on, but the signs were just overlooked.

Why Do I Need To Pay Prior to Services Rendered?
This policy is to protect you from inflated pricing. Some training businesses allow date of service payment and must make up for the loss of revenue when no shows or late cancellations occur by padding their prices.
Additionally, we create your training materials prior to your session based on your dog's behavior history. This ensures that our trainers are prepared for your session well in advance of arrival, and that we are able to maximize our time together and provide you with high quality guidance right away.

Date and time options for Private Training sessions.
All options sent are considered 'soft reserve' and are held for 24 hours. They are neither confirmed nor reserved until an email reply from you, the client, confirming the date and time option comparability are received.
- This also helps to ensure that all clients are provided with date and time options in a time effective manner as the payment secures space in our schedules that are reserved for just you and your dog.
CANCELLATION/Reschedule POLICY.
All fees are due via credit card at the time of booking and are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel/reschedule any of the services prior to the session date, we require 48 hours’ notice for a full credit to be used at a later date and time, otherwise the session is considered completed and service rendered.
We limit our client load to ensure everyone gets the full support and scheduling openings that they need to be successful in their training journeys with their companions. Please review your schedule prior to confirming date and time options. Reschedules lead to us not being help everyone in a time effective manner, including you!
Inclement weather or other extenuating circumstances may be cause for cancellations. In these events, you will be notified and credited or refunded at our discretion. Always ensure that we have your most current contact information on file.
We limit our client load to ensure everyone gets the full support and scheduling openings that they need to be successful in their training journeys with their companions. Refund policy.
All behavior consultations, private training, and walking sessions registered and paid for are considered sales final and expire 3 months after purchase.
All group classes, socials, training courses, and events registered and paid for are considered sales final after purchase. We strictly limit our instructor to dog ratios and restrict the number of dogs in our classes to give you an individualized group training experience. Since this means shutting down registration when classes fill, we do not offer refunds on group classes.
Dogs that exhibit disruptive or aggressive behavior in group classes may be dismissed from class at the instructor’s sole discretion. No refunds will be given under such circumstances. If you are unsure your dog is a fit for our group classes, we highly recommend an in-home behavior consultation with one of our trainers to help us determine if a group class environment is the best environment for you and your dog to succeed in your training goals.
By checking ‘I Agree’ in the registration process, you understand that you are responsible for payment in full regardless of whether you choose to complete the training course or package. Exceptions on refunds are solely at our desecration. Incurred transaction fees we are charged are not returned to us and will be subtracted from any and all refunds.
